Hi parents,
A few important changes for this weekend:
Our games are at Clarke Stadium (right next to Commonwealth stadium) on Sunday morning.
The email that was sent out by the association had the wrong time for the blue team's game...
Blue team:
We play at 10:15, please arrive ready at 9:45. We are the visiting team so we will be in white jerseys and white socks (however bring both just in case). Our game is against the Sherwood Park Rams on the NE corner of the field.
White team:
We play at 11:30 so please arrive ready at 11:00. We are the home team so we will be in blue jerseys and socks (however bring both just in case). Our game is against the Edmonton Seahawks on the NW corner of the field.
Both teams, please remember to dress for the weather in layers as it might be a chilly one and may or may not rain. Bring water and your player's bag.
Speaking of bags... as you have seen every player received a new bag at Thursday's practice. We would like the old bags back but please don't bring them to the game. I will not be taking any old bags home that day!! Bring them to the practice on Wednesday and we will turn them in then.
Going forward in the season, games are only released three at a time to allow for re-tiering in between rounds. However, we know we will have games on the following weekends: Sep 19 (which is already on the calendar), Sept 23, Sep 30, Oct 7 (Thanksgiving weekend), Oct 14, Oct 21, and our final game will be Oct 28. I will post the schedules on the website and app as they are released but please remember they are always subject to change. As soon as we know we will pass it on.
