I have pasted a link that Coach Sheldon has approved as kid safe and super IMPORTANT! Please give your players as many opportunities as possible to watch this as it provides really important safety and skill points for tackling. Please have them watch this often.
Coach Keith is super excited for the season based on what he has witnessed out there tonight. Way to go players! Basic reminders for plenty of water before practice, and a LARGE water bottle for practice. Thursday is supposed to be warm again, so water and appropriate clothing will be key - especially since Thursday will be a Full Gear Practice.
