Dear Pee Wee families:
We wanted to share with you some news about a coaching change for Pee Wee. The Executive of the SGDMFA asked Coach Keith to take a week off while we sorted out a few things for his team.
After the Executive conducted a review, we decided to part ways with Coach Dan, who will no longer be coaching with the Cougars. We wish him well in his future endeavours.
Coach Keith will be back on Sunday and is excited about coaching the kids again. The Executive has arranged to provide Coach Keith with some additional coaches so he and the rest of the coaching staff have the support they need going forward.
The Executive wants families to know that our primary focus is on the players and what we feel is best for them long-term. We want to build their football skills and knowledge of the game, but we want to ensure this happens in a fun, positive and supportive environment. We look forward to an enjoyable and rewarding 2018 season.
