Hey there Bantam COUGARS Football Fans!
Once again we will be hitting the road! This time it will be to take on the Millwoods Grizzlies.
The field is actually called Millwoods Turf Field. It's located just south of the Millwoods Rec Center. Right on 23 ave, between 66 st and Millwoods Road. It's a nice facility and with bleachers, bathrooms and running water! (for Real this time!)
**let me take this opportunity to apologize for not knowing the condition of JP Bowl last week. CDMFA must not have known it was under renovation, as they have JUST sent out an email to let players know for this weekends games. At least the field itself was in good enough shape for our players to shine!
Players will be wearing WHITE jerseys and WHITE socks. Please have them bring their gear bags and BOTH jerseys to every game.
I don't think the weather is supposed to be great, so maybe toss a long sleeve in their bag. We just cant seem to catch a break, first battling with poor air quality all week. Now the air is ok and the weather turns. Oh well!
Kick off is 12:15. ( I know. Weird time)
As will be the norm, unless other wise stated, we will need to be prepared to hit the turf for warm up and run through an hour and a half before kick off for all games.
Players need to be ready to rock for 10:45.
If ANYONE will be away, please let me know, asap. So I can get word out to coaches and the can arrange to have positions filled.
We are also looking for a ride for our buddy Tristan. If anyone is able to help out, please let me know and I will put you in contact with his mom.
As always, don't hesitate to contact me with questions, concerns, or M&M's! And please, remember to sign your emails so I know who to address. I only have approximately 80 parents whom I rarely have chance to see face to face, to remember. I feel I'm doing pretty good getting your kid's names and needs straight. Lol!
