Great game today! Just a few housekeeping things for next week...
Cougars pub night is on September 28 and is a big fundraiser for the club - tickets are $10 each available at the concession.
The second 50/50 draw will take place at Thursday night's practice, so if you haven't already, please return your tickets to myself or Rita at the concession by Wednesday.
Pictures will be on at Practice on October 1 - we will be wearing all blue - game jerseys, pants and socks - please mark it on your calendars!
I will be starting to collect money for a coach/trainer gift for the end of the year. I am aiming for $20 per family but please give what you can - its a nice way to say thank you for the hours spent on the field and behind the scenes on making this team successful.
When in doubt about game times, please check the website, it is the most up to date resource for time/location of games. It is also drilled into the players all week at practice. Next week we are at home (in all blue) on Sunday against the St. Albert Riders - arrive at 8:00 am at Fuhr Field.
I NEED 3 volunteers for sticks - this is our final home game (for now). If you have not stepped up for sticks yet, please do so for this game. If we do not fill these positions we will forfeit the game - this is something the home team is expected to provide...
