We require an equipment deposit cheque of $500.00, dated Dec 1, 2022. This cheque will not be deposited if all equipment is returned by Dec 1, 2022.
We require an equipment cleaning deposit cheque of $50.00, dated Dec 1, 2022. This cheque will not be deposited if all equipment is returned clean by Dec 1, 2022.
*Equipment includes - helmet, mouth guard, bag, pads, pants, practice jersey and game jersey.
Fundraising Requirements
Purchase of CDMFA Tickets for all tackle programs. Total $100 due at time of registration (included in fees above ).
Volunteer deposit cheques are required for each family registered. Volunteers will be able to sign up for the following throughout the year - 2 shifts/player.

Two(2) deposit cheques of $200.00 each - one dated August 30, 2022 and one dated September 30, 2022 are required.
The following are the requirements to receive Volunteer Deposit cheque returns:
Cheque dated August 30, 2022
- must be signed up to work one shift on SGDMFA Website on the volunteer page by August 30, 2022
Cheque dated September 30, 2022
- must be signed up to work one shift on the SGDMFA Website on the volunteer page by September 30, 2022
*if no commitment on website to volunteer by the above stated dates given the corresponding deposit cheque will be deposited.
**once committed to a shift it is the volunteer's responsibility to ensure someone is there to fulfill the shift - no exception
***if volunteer does not show up for the committed shift the corresponding deposit cheque will be deposited

First week of August: resume regular practice
Mid August: Tiering Tournaments
September: games begin

Practices are held at the Fuhr Sports Park (next to the Tri Leisure Centre) from May thru October. Novice and Atom practice 2 days per week - Wednesday and Thursday 6-8pm. Peewee and Bantam practice 3 days per week - Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 6-8pm.
